*I* would need a calculator. i’m in accounting and we used to verify data entry by using “hash totals” — adding up the numbers in certain columns to match to a proof (does anyone remember this?). i actually added 4 1’s once (entering 1 and then hitting the plus sign 4 times) to come up with 4 on the calculator [sigh]… i used to be good at math but using the calculator has made me mathematically crippled!

My wife just spotted a better deal at our local Wal-Greens. They were posted as 5 for $5.00!!!

[+] According to this news item the definition of rape has been widened. If a woman refuses sex in the middle of the act, the rest of the act is considered rape. I guess she can re-accept sex making it consensual again. Don’t be surprised if you see criminal cases with the following description: “She went to his place at 8:00PM. They had coffee. They had sex from 8:30PM to 8:54PM. He raped her from 8:55PM to 9:01PM. Then she reluctantly agreed to sex. So, technically, he partially raped her from 9:02PM to 9:15PM. They both had dinner.
